What's the difference between Stocky POS and Stocky SaaS?
Stocky POS is a single-business install. Stocky SaaS is the same POS, inventory and accounting engine turned into a multi-tenant platform — you sign up other businesses, bill them on subscriptions, and manage them all from one Super Admin dashboard.
Do I need a VPS?
VPS is recommended — wildcard DNS lets a new tenant's subdomain and database provision automatically in about a minute. Shared hosting also works, but new tenants register as pending until an admin manually creates their subdomain and database.
Can tenants use their own domain?
Yes — tenants can connect a custom domain with DNS verification and automatic SSL.
How do I bill tenants?
Create monthly or yearly plans with usage limits and module switches, then accept payment through 17 supported gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, Flutterwave, Razorpay and more) or offline bank transfer with proof-of-payment approval.
What can I control per plan?

Does it support ZATCA or other e-invoicing?
Yes — ZATCA Phase 2 (Saudi Arabia) and FBR Digital Invoicing (Pakistan) are both available as per-plan module switches.
Is there a landing page builder?
Yes — six layouts (Classic, Modern, Structured, Dark, Light, Agency) with hero, pricing pulled from your plans, testimonials, FAQ, a blog and a knowledge base, all editable from the Super Admin panel.
Can I impersonate a tenant for support?
Yes — Super Admin can log in as any tenant for support purposes; every impersonation is audited.
What happens if a tenant doesn't renew?
Subscriptions redirect to the plans page on expiry. Abandoned trial or expired tenants are automatically suspended after 7 days and deleted after 90, with reminders sent by email, SMS and in-app banner before that happens.
Which online stores and platforms can tenants integrate with?
Two-way sync with WooCommerce, Shopify, Salla, Jumia and PrestaShop, plus QuickBooks, Xero, Google Sheets, Mailchimp, Zapier, Slack and Telegram — per tenant.
How many languages does the panel support?
10 panel languages (English, French, Arabic, Spanish, Hindi, Bangla, Turkish, German, Portuguese, Urdu), with RTL for Arabic and Urdu — fewer than the 24 languages in the single-business Stocky POS edition.
Are future updates free?
Yes — every future update is included for the lifetime of your licence. Updates migrate the central database first, then each tenant database in sequence.
Is there a mobile app?
The tenant workspace ships a Bearer-token API for a companion mobile app, sold separately.
