What's the difference between Nexus and Nexus SaaS?
Nexus is a single-company install. Nexus SaaS is the same HR, CRM and project management engine turned into a multi-tenant platform — you sign up other companies, bill them on subscriptions, and manage them all from one Super Admin panel.
Do I need a VPS?
Yes — Nexus SaaS needs wildcard subdomain support and a database user with CREATE and DROP DATABASE rights, which most shared hosting doesn't offer.
How fast is a new workspace ready?
Provisioning runs right after the HTTP response, with no queue worker required — a trial workspace is typically ready in under a minute.
What does each workspace get?
The complete Nexus product — HR, CRM, sales, invoicing, contracts, support tickets, client portal and project management — with no modules gated by plan. Plans only control employee and staff seat limits.
How do I bill customers?
Create monthly or yearly plans with seat limits, then accept payment through Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, Flutterwave, Mollie or bank transfer (confirmed manually from the Super Admin panel).
What happens when a subscription expires?
A configurable grace period keeps the workspace reachable for billing and sign-in before it locks. Renewing unlocks it automatically, and you can suspend or reactivate any workspace manually.
Can I use a custom domain per workspace?
Not currently — workspaces are addressed as {subdomain}.yourdomain.com.
Can I log in as a customer's workspace for support?
No — Super Admin manages workspaces from the central panel but does not impersonate a workspace user.
Does it support multiple languages?
Yes — 8 languages including full Arabic RTL, both on the landing page and inside every workspace.
Is there a REST API?
Yes — a versioned REST API is available on each workspace's own subdomain, with scoped bearer tokens.
Are future updates free?
Yes — every future update is included for the lifetime of your licence. A browser-based updater migrates the central database, then every workspace in sequence.
Does it include a landing page for my SaaS site?
Yes — six layouts with hero, features, pricing pulled live from your plans, testimonials and FAQ, editable from the Super Admin panel.
Is there a single-business edition I can use instead?
