Turn Nexus into your own SaaS business.
Nexus SaaS is a complete multi-tenant HR, CRM, sales and project management platform that lets you sell Nexus to multiple companies through a subscription-based business model.
Customers sign up from your landing page, choose a plan, complete payment when required, and automatically receive their own private workspace on a dedicated subdomain. Each workspace has its own database, users, settings, uploads and business data.
You manage everything from a powerful Super Admin panel — plans, subscriptions, payments, payment gateways, customers, support, landing pages, system settings and updates.
Your customers manage their businesses from their own workspace with a complete suite of tools for HR, employees, attendance, leave, payroll, recruitment, CRM, sales, invoicing, contracts, support, projects, tasks, time tracking and reporting.
One codebase. Two panels. A separate database for every company.

Private Database for Every Customer
Every workspace gets its own MySQL/MariaDB database.
Customer data is not stored in shared tables separated by a workspace ID. A dedicated database is created during provisioning and used exclusively by that workspace.
You can also configure a workspace to use a different database server, with the host, username and password managed from the Super Admin panel.
Automatic Workspace Provisioning
Customers can create their own workspace without your involvement.
With a trial plan, the workspace is automatically created, migrated and populated with the required reference data.
For payment-first plans, the workspace is only provisioned after payment has been confirmed.
The customer is shown a preparation screen while provisioning completes and is automatically given their workspace login once it is ready.
No queue worker or Redis installation is required.
Flexible Subscription Plans
Create and manage subscription plans from the Super Admin panel.
Each plan can have:
- Monthly price
- Yearly price
- Employee limit
- Staff limit
- Trial period
- Feature list
- Active/inactive status
- Display order
You can use the included plans as a starting point or create your own pricing structure.
Employee and staff limits are actually enforced inside the workspace, so customers cannot exceed the limits defined by their plan.
Subscription & Payment Management
Nexus SaaS includes everything you need to manage subscriptions and collect payments from your customers.
Payment Gateways
The following payment methods are included:
- Stripe
- PayPal
- Paystack
- Flutterwave
- Mollie
- Bank Transfer
Each gateway can be enabled or disabled independently and has its own configuration.
Gateway credentials are stored securely using encryption.
Webhook support is included for online payment gateways, allowing subscription renewals to be processed automatically even when a workspace has already expired.
Payment completion is handled safely so that a return URL and webhook cannot accidentally extend the same subscription twice.
Customer Billing
Workspace administrators can access their Plan & Billing page to:
- View their current plan
- Check usage against plan limits
- Renew their subscription
- Change their plan
- Choose monthly or yearly billing
- View payment history
You can also manually record payments from the Super Admin panel, making it possible to support offline or bank-transfer payments.
Subscription Expiry & Grace Period
Subscription management is built into the platform.
Before a subscription expires, customers receive configurable warnings and countdown messages.
After the subscription expires, a configurable grace period gives the customer time to renew.
Once the grace period ends, the workspace becomes locked. The administrator can still access the necessary billing and authentication pages to complete payment and restore the workspace.
Renewing the subscription automatically unlocks the workspace.
You can also suspend a workspace manually from the Super Admin panel without deleting any of its data.
Super Admin Panel
The Super Admin panel gives you complete control over your SaaS platform.

Backups
A built-in backup command can create backups of the central database and all workspace databases.
Backup runs are recorded in the Super Admin panel with downloadable files.
Browser-Based Updater
Update the platform directly from your browser.
The updater puts the platform into maintenance mode, updates the central database, migrates workspaces one by one and displays the migration progress before bringing the platform back online.
No command-line access is required for the update process.
Landing Page & Pricing CMS
The apex domain acts as your SaaS marketing website.
The included landing page contains sections for:
- Hero
- Features
- How It Works
- Pricing
- Statistics
- Testimonials
- FAQ
- Call to Action
- Footer
Content can be edited from the Super Admin panel.
Pricing displayed on the landing page is connected directly to your subscription plans, so changes to prices, limits and feature descriptions are reflected automatically.
SEO fields are also available, along with dedicated Privacy Policy and Terms pages.
The landing page supports all 8 included languages, including full RTL Arabic.
