Nexus

Business Management System with HR, CRM & Projects

HR, CRM, sales and project management in one Laravel application — one database, one login, and time tracked on a project that turns into a client invoice without retyping a thing.

  • One-time payment
  • Lifetime updates
Nexus – HR, CRM & Project Management System

One login instead of three systems

Separate HR software

Employees, attendance, leave, payroll and recruitment in the same system as sales and projects — one employee record, not three.

A separate CRM

Leads, pipelines, quotes, invoices and contracts, connected to the same people who deliver the work.

A separate project tool

Tasks, Gantt, sprints and time tracking that turn straight into a client invoice — no retyping billable hours.

A support desk tool

SLA-tracked tickets with a client portal, built in rather than bolted on.

Spreadsheets for approvals

Leave, timesheets and expense claims route through a real approval queue, not a shared spreadsheet.

A contract signing tool

Send contracts for online signing with a timestamp and IP recorded — no separate e-signature subscription for routine agreements.

How it works

HR, CRM and projects, sharing one database

01 — HR & People

Every employee, one record

Departments, designations, org chart, onboarding checklists, attendance, leave, payroll and performance reviews — all connected to the same employee who later logs time on a project.

02 — Recruitment & Careers

From job posting to onboarded employee

A public careers page feeds a candidate kanban (New → Screening → Interview → Offer → Hired), with panel interviews and scored feedback. Hiring a candidate creates their employee record automatically.

03 — CRM & Sales

Leads to deals to invoices, without retyping

Multiple weighted pipelines, a company/contact view of every deal and ticket, and quotes that convert straight into invoices with per-line discounts and tax.

04 — Client Portal

A dedicated login for your customers

Clients accept quotes, pay invoices, sign contracts and raise support tickets from their own portal — without ever touching your internal admin.

05 — Support Tickets & SLA

Response targets that are actually tracked

Configurable SLA per priority (2 hours for urgent, down to 72 for low), first-response stamping, breach badges, and canned replies with merge fields.

06 — Projects & Time Tracking

Track time, bill it, done

List, board, Gantt and calendar views, enforced task dependencies, and a timer that turns approved billable hours directly into a client invoice — one line per person per task.

07 — Reports & Dashboard

A dashboard for every role

Employee, HR, Sales and Project dashboards assembled from the same data — headcount and payroll next to pipeline and receivables next to workload and sprint velocity.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What's included — HR, CRM, or projects?

All three, in one application, one database and one login — an employee record, a CRM contact and a project member are the same underlying user.

Does it run on shared hosting?

Yes — no cron, queue worker, Redis, WebSockets or Node.js required. If your host runs Laravel and MySQL, Nexus runs there.

Can time tracked on a project become a client invoice?

Yes — approved, billable time and unbilled expenses collect into a draft invoice with no retyping, and each entry is marked billed so it can't be invoiced twice.

Is there a client portal?

Yes — clients get their own login at /portal to view invoices, accept quotes, sign contracts and raise support tickets, without access to your internal admin.

Does it include payroll tax calculations?

No — tax rules vary by country and change often, so taxes and contributions are configured as ordinary salary deduction components using your own rates.

Does it process payments?

No — Nexus records payments made against invoices; it doesn't connect to a card processor. Pair it with your existing payment provider.

How are permissions enforced?

At the route level, not just by hiding menu items — 12 permission sections across 7 roles, plus per-project viewer/member/manager access.

Does it support online contract signing?

Yes — a secure link lets clients review and sign with a typed name; the timestamp and IP address are recorded. For legally qualified e-signatures, pair it with a dedicated provider.

How many languages does it support?

8 complete languages including full Arabic RTL, managed from a built-in translation editor; add a 9th via configuration.

Is there a REST API?

Yes — a versioned /api/v1 REST API with scoped bearer tokens covering employees, leads, deals, invoices, tickets, projects, tasks and time entries.

Are future updates free?

Yes — every future update is included for the lifetime of your licence. Updates are applied by copying files and running migrations; there's no automatic updater by design.

Is there a SaaS edition I can resell?

Yes — Nexus SaaS turns the same product into a multi-tenant platform with its own Super Admin panel, so you can sell it to multiple companies on subscriptions.

Can you install and host it for me?

Yes. Managed hosting is $12 a month: we host Nexus on our dedicated servers, manage the server and install it for free, and you only buy a domain. Prefer your own hosting? We can do the installation for a one-time $50.
