If you sell in a shop and on WooCommerce, the usual problem is stock: a sale at the counter does not reach the website, and an online order does not reach the shelf. Stocky POS connects to your WooCommerce store so both sides work from one catalogue and one stock figure.
What syncs
-
Products
Push your Stocky products to WooCommerce, or pull your WooCommerce products into Stocky.
-
Stock
Stock levels are sent to WooCommerce, so a counter sale reduces what the website shows.
-
Categories and brands
Keep your product categories and brands in step, and map Stocky categories to WooCommerce ones.
-
Customers
Customers are synced between the two, with a screen for resolving any that do not match.
-
Orders
Online orders from WooCommerce come into Stocky, where you manage them with the rest of your sales.
-
Sync history
Every sync is logged, with progress you can watch and a way to stop a running job.
How to connect
- Create WooCommerce API keys. In your WooCommerce settings, generate a consumer key and secret.
- Enter them in Stocky POS. Add your store address and the keys in the WooCommerce settings, then test the connection.
- Match your products. Link products that already exist on both sides by SKU, or push new ones across.
- Run the first sync. Watch the progress, then let scheduled syncs keep the two stores in step.
Full instructions are in the Stocky POS documentation.
Sell through more than one channel
WooCommerce is one of several platforms Stocky POS connects to. It also syncs with Shopify, Salla, Jumia and PrestaShop, and it has a built-in online store of its own if you do not already have one.
The rest of the shop is in the same system
- Point of sale
- A touch-first register with barcode scanning, split payments and offline sales
- Inventory
- Unlimited warehouses, transfers, batches, expiry and serial numbers
- Accounting
- Double-entry books and reports, with QuickBooks and Xero sync
See retail POS and inventory for the full picture.
What it costs
Stocky POS starts at $28, paid once, with the source code, free updates for life and 6 months of support. The WooCommerce sync is part of the product. See all prices.
Questions
Do I need to change my WooCommerce store?
No. Stocky POS connects through WooCommerce’s own API keys, so you do not need to install anything on your website.
Does stock update automatically?
You can run a sync yourself at any time, and scheduled syncs keep the two sides up to date. Check the documentation for the scheduling setup on your server.
Can I keep using WooCommerce for my online store?
Yes. Stocky POS handles the counter, the stockroom and the books, and WooCommerce keeps selling online.
What if a product exists on both sides already?
You can link existing products by SKU instead of creating duplicates.
Can I try it first?
Yes. The Stocky POS page links to a live demo.
