The optional AI Course Generator plugin drafts a course outline, lessons, quizzes and FAQs from a prompt, using your own AI provider key.

Mentor LMS starts at $21, paid once. That includes the source code, free updates for life and 6 months of support. Before you install

Mentor LMS needs PHP 8.3 or newer and MySQL 8. Video uploads need generous PHP upload limits. The details are on the server requirements page, and our own vs rent page shows what owning costs next to a monthly platform fee.

Questions

Can I sell courses, exams and downloads separately?

Yes. They are three independent products with their own checkout, so you do not need a course wrapped around every sale.

Can other instructors sell through my platform?

Yes. Mentor LMS supports a full multi-instructor marketplace with applications, commission-based revenue sharing and payouts.

Can I run it as a digital downloads store with no courses?

Yes. The store module works independently.

Does it support live classes?

Yes, through the built-in Zoom integration for scheduled live sessions.

Are future updates free?

Yes, for the lifetime of your licence. They are applied through a system updater that can roll back automatically.
