The kinds of licence
Each product offers two or three licences. They differ in one question: who pays for what you build?

Regular
For your own use. You run it for yourself or your own business and your end users are not charged for it.

Extended
For a project people pay for: a client project, a service or a subscription. One project per licence.

Unlimited
Offered on Mentor LMS and its AI plugin only, and only here on ui-lib.com: the Extended terms across unlimited domains.

Which one do I need? If your end users or clients will pay for what you build with it, you need Extended (or Unlimited on Mentor LMS). If it is for your own business and nobody is charged, Regular is enough. Not sure? Ask us before you buy.
Questions
Do I lose access to the source code or updates after support ends?
No. Support lasts 6 months from purchase. Source code access and updates are for life. To renew support after the 6 months, contact us.
Can I use one licence for several client projects?
No. A licence covers one project. A separate client project needs its own licence (Extended if the client’s users will be charged). Mentor LMS Unlimited covers unlimited domains.
Can I resell the source code?
No, under any licence. You may charge people for a service or product you build with it, where your licence allows, but not for the source code itself.
Can I get a refund?
You have 48 hours from purchase to inspect it. If it does not meet your expectations we will refund you and ask what fell short. See the refund terms.
Are the free templates and Dripline covered by these licences?
No. Free templates are open source under the MIT licence, below. Dripline is open source under the AGPL-3.0-or-later licence.
Definitions
- Product / Item: the product created by UI Lib that you receive after buying a licence: source code, files and documentation.
- End product: any website, software, web app or mobile app you produce that incorporates the item or derivatives of it.
- End user: a user of an end product. End users can be unlimited under any licence.
- Client: an individual or company that receives custom services directly from you, produced specifically for them.
UI kits, templates and design files
The older UI kits, admin templates and design files are sold under the licences below. Their support and update period is 12 months, not the terms above.

Freelancers and agencies: a Single licence cannot be used for several clients or jobs. Buy a new licence for each, or use Multiple.
